Flexlock is a secure wood sports flooring solution easy and fast to install great for multi-sports facilities. Thanks to its patented engineered construction, Flexlock allows consistent sports performances maximizing user experience. Good dimensional stability and safety is provided thanks to Flexlock’s preassembled double reinforced wood panels combined with high quality foam. Our in-factory applied and UV hardened Sports Lacquer surface treatment provides extreme hard wearing and scratch resistance making Flexlock more performant.

The Construction
1. EXTREMELY HARD WEARING AND SCRATCH RESISTANT
In-factory applied and UV hardened Sports Lacquer makes Flexlock ready to use.
2. DURABILITY & RELIABILITY
Multi-layer sports floor 22mm, 3 strips including 3.5mm wear layer made from solid wood.
T&G interlocking system for secured installation.
3. EASY, FAST AND SECURE INSTALLATION
30mm thick double reinforced ready to install modules allowing installation to be easy and secure. They also offer consistent sports performance and good cross air ventilation across the whole area.
4. COMFORT & STABILITY
Flexlock cushion foam, 15mm thick for good shock absorption level and excellent ball bounce.
5: EFFECTIVE PROTECTION AGAINST HUMIDITY
Our polyethylene film Tarfilm, protects the floor system from vapor ascending from the ground.
